By using getnapple.com or the Napple iOS app (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Napple helps caregivers track baby sleep and estimate upcoming sleep windows based on the data you enter. Predictions are informational estimates, not guarantees and not medical advice. Always use your judgment and consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and capable of supervising a child’s care to use Napple as a caregiver tool. Napple is intended for adults, not for children as primary users.
Core tracking works without an account. Optional family sync uses a shared email and password so caregivers can update the same sleep history. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Only share them with caregivers you trust. Resetting the password updates it for everyone signed into that account.
You may delete your family account and associated cloud data from within the app or by contacting us. Deletion of a shared account affects all caregivers using those credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Napple Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription offered through the Apple App Store. It unlocks paid features such as next-sleep predictions, reminders, Lock Screen Live Activity, and full report history. Core sleep logging and optional family sync remain available without a subscription after your introductory preview period.
Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans. Title, length, and price are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Account → Manage subscription in Napple (when available). Deleting your Napple family account does not cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel with Apple separately if you no longer want to be billed.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store purchases.
You retain rights to the sleep logs and profile information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Services (including optional family sync when you enable it).
Do not misuse the Services (including attempting to disrupt the site or access another family’s data without permission). We may suspend access for abuse or security risks.
If you download Napple from the Apple App Store, Apple’s terms also apply to that distribution. Apple is not a party to these Terms between you and Napple, except where Apple’s own terms say otherwise.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Napple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including reliance on sleep predictions.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
