Night Feed Changes
Newborns (0–3m): Feed every 2–3 hours around the clock. Night feeds are essential.
3–6 months: Fewer night feeds needed. Some babies sleep 8+ hours. Source: NHS.
6+ months: Many babies can sleep 6–8 hours without feeding. Solids complement milk. If night feeds were sleep associations, gradual weaning may improve sleep, but consult your pediatrician first.
